What will your internship look like?

in HR:

You will spend half of your internship working on HR related matters. In your role you are responsible for supporting and implementing ongoing projects within the department. These include: implementation of a payroll system, optimizing personnel administration and social safety and integrity.

Learning & Development:

For the other half of your internship, you will be working for HTH Learning, the Learning & Development part of the HR team. You will be involved in the planning, organization and communication surrounding all learning activities. You also support the Learning Specialist in creating the annual calendar.

What will you do?

HR

• Further developing an Integrity Policy.
• Improving and optimizing the recruitment process, both selection and recruitment
• Supporting with the onboarding an offboarding of team members.
• Create policies and co-write them. 
• Provide support in the daily operations of the HR Department

Learning

• Maintaining contacts with all departments within Hotelschool The Hague about all learning activities;

• First point of contact for HTH Learning;
• Maintaining registration and administration of all learning activities;
• Maintaining contacts with external suppliers;
• Organizing the learning activities so that they run optimally;
• Brainstorming with the HR team about new initiatives to be developed.

Your profile

We are looking for you if you:

• Are available from end of January or beginning of February 2025; 
• Have good English and Dutch verbal and written skills (the main language on campus is English);
• Have strong social and communication skills;
• Can work independently on your own projects, but you are also a team player and like to make connections.
